Many believe they aren’t at risk for diabetes because of the belief that it only affects the elderly and obese. In reality, women, adult (young) and children are at greater risk due to changing diets and sedentary lifestyles.Your path to good health just got a lot easier. How to measure your waist:
Many of us underestimate our waist size. Make sure you use a tape measure and use your fingers to feel for your bottom rib and the top of your hip bone and measure around your body directly between these two points.
